Benefits of DaaS

Cost Savings with DaaS (Desktop as a Service)

Reduced Office Space Costs
Cut expenses by renting smaller office spaces—or eliminate them entirely. With DaaS, you can transition some (or all) employees to remote work without sacrificing productivity.
Lower IT Infrastructure Costs
Deploying an on-premises server requires significant upfront investments: hardware, networking equipment, server racks, UPS systems, licenses, and setup. DaaS removes these costs entirely.
No Need for an In-House SysAdmin
Your virtual server rental includes full technical support eliminating the need for dedicated IT staff.
No Expensive Software Purchases
DaaS includes affordable rental options for Microsoft and 1C software, providing licensed applications at a fraction of the cost.
Instant Scaling & Upgrades (VDI)
Need more power or additional workstations? Scale resources or adjust the number of virtual desktops in minutes—ideal for business growth or IT budget optimization.
Cheaper Office Hardware
Replace expensive workstations with low-cost thin clients or repurpose older PCs. Even low-spec devices can run smoothly via RDP for full remote desktop access.

FAQ

What is included in a remote desktop rental service?
VDI (RDP) rental service provides fully configured virtual desktops and supporting infrastructure hosted on enterprise-grade cloud servers - giving each employee secure access to their work environment.

How does a virtual desktop compare to a physical workstation?
Functionally identical to a traditional PC, our RDP solution delivers a familiar Windows experience. Employees simply connect via internet to access all corporate applications and files from any device.

How do we get started?
Getting set up is easy. First, contact us in any convenient way - submit a request through our website, chat with our support team, register in a client portal, call or email our sales team. You'll be assigned a dedicated account manager who will recommend optimal server configurations, guide you through onboarding and provide ongoing technical support.

How do you guarantee that my data will not be shared with third parties?

We guarantee complete data protection through:

  • Contractually binding privacy agreements
  • Enterprise-grade TIER III data centers
  • Optional enhanced security packages including: end-to-end encryption, antivirus solutions, advanced monitoring systems.

What internet speeds are required?

Minimum bandwidth requirements:

  • RDP connections: 5 Mbps (supports up to 10 concurrent users)
  • VDI (PCoIP): 10 Mbps per user for optimal performance

Can I rent high-performance workstations for video editing?
Yes, you can rent a virtual desktop with NVIDIA® Tesla GPU accelerators, which can handle high-resolution video editing.

Is on-site visit required to rent a virtual desktop?
No - the entire process can be completed remotely.

What software can we install?
Any software can be installed on the virtual servers. The provider/partner can also provide licenses for the entire Microsoft product line (MS Office, MS SQL and MS Exchange), as well as anti-virus software and more.

What does the user interface look like?
