To start working with the virtual desktop, you should use the Remote Desktop Connection program, which is a part of any Windows version.

You can connect to a remote desktop with any operating system and device, including mobile ones.

What does renting a remote workplace entail?
VDI rental service provides the deployment of virtual desktops with the necessary infrastructure for each employee on a single cloud server.
Is there a difference between a virtual and physical desktop?
For users they are practically the same. Employees connect to a virtual desktop and work with corporate services in the same environment from anywhere via the Internet.
How can I get the service?

How can you guarantee that my data will not be disclosed to third parties?
The partner’s responsibility is specified in the contract. The infrastructure is protected and meets the highest security standards (TIER III data centres). We can also provide additional means of protection like encryption of communication channels, installation of anti-virus software, tracking and monitoring of employee activity.
Are there any requirements for network bandwidth?
For RDP technology (up to 10 users), 5 Mb/s bandwidth is enough. With VDI (PCoIP), you need to provide a bandwidth of 10 Mb/sec per 1 user.
What licenses and software can I install?
The client can install any software on virtual servers. We can provide licenses for all Microsoft products (MS Office, MS SQL, MS Exchange), 1C licenses, antivirus software and other.
What is the desktop interface?
Windows Server 2019 Remote Desktop Interface is the same as Windows 10 interface.
Can I work with an external graphics card?
Yes, you can. NVIDIA® Tesla® M40 GPU accelerators can be connected to the vGPU. It is only possible to operate the vGPU using VDI (PCoIP) technology.
How fast can I connect new users? Is there a limit in number of users?
New users are connected to the virtual terminal server in real time, “on the fly”. There are no limits in the number of users. The system is scalable if there are not enough resources.
Are there any ways to reduce the cost of solution?
To reduce the cost of the solution, you can turn virtual machines off/on or change the amount of resources when they are not used. You will be charged only for storage resources.
